Love the outdoors? Love people? Perfect. We’re looking for a FUN Guide who thrives outside, brings people together effortlessly, and believes the best conversations happen on the trail. This role is about creating joyful, welcoming outdoor experiences and turning hikes into real community. 

 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead 2–3 hikes per week that are fun, safe, and inclusive 

• Set the vibe: warm, encouraging, and community-first 

• Help people connect — with nature and with each other 

• Share your love of the outdoors 

 

Who You Are 

• You feel most like yourself outside 

• You’re friendly, dependable, and comfortable leading a group 

• You love meeting new people and making everyone feel welcome
